What We Do
We serve the entire Metro area.
We will strive to schedule the inspection at your convenience and we assure you a thorough assessment of the property you are about to sell or purchase.
Are you buying a home? Bob will provide a detailed evaluation of the condition of the structure and components of the home using the “Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics” as set forth by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).
Are you selling your home? A pre-listing inspection will make you aware of what issues may arise upon the buyer’s inspection of the property. Bob is your advocate – whether you are buying or selling.
Are you having a home built? If you are, ask about our “new construction” inspection. This includes a series of inspections: Ideally, the first will be at the frame-stage of the building process, the second at the drywall stage and one will be just before your pre-closing walk-through with the builder. The final inspection of the series will be just before your one-year anniversary, when your warranty expires. Ask about our rates for this invaluable assessment.

The fees for residential inspections are based on the total square footage and age of the home to be inspected. Please call for a quote.
